A: In the past, Santa has experienced long lines at times and that is no fun for anyone. The appointment scheduler enables you to avoid these lines and offers a relaxed stress-free experience for all visitors.
A: Yes, you have the option to either schedule an appointment that works with your schedule, or just show up and wait in the standby line. From December 9 through December 23, we highly recommend that all visits with Santa are scheduled through the appointment scheduler due to the large volume of children who wish to see Santa.
A: The appointment-booking portal requires a $20 deposit when you book your appointment. Your deposit will be applied towards a photo purchase or Digital Download. There is no cash back at the photo set.
A: When you book your appointment, you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account VIA THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL and do so. Please keep in mind that you may only rebook your appointment while time slots remain available.
A: We cannot offer a refund for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to change your appointment time, please log in to your account and change your appointment while time slots are still available. Do not cancel then rebook a new appointment because you will have to pay again. We cannot transfer payments.
A: If your child is sick on the day of their appointment, you should email email@example.com at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While we cannot guarantee that we can reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you on another day if possible. We do not guarantee the ability to reschedule.
A: We ask that families check in 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please plan ahead and leave time to park.
A: If you are more than five minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. Towards the end of the season, we may not be able to rebook your appointment at all. Please understand there are many people who visit Santa each year and the appointment system relies on everyone being on time to ensure a great experience.

Q: What time does Santa take his break?
A: Santa generally breaks for milk and cookies from 1:00 - 1:30 pm and from 5:00 - 6:00 pm daily. Santa is not available during these breaks, and the times are blacked out on the booking website.
A: No, visits with Santa on Christmas Eve will continue to be first come, first served. Santa will leave promptly at 6:00 pm to prepare for his big night.
A: No, the use of personal cameras and video recorders is not permitted. We ask that you leave them at home or in your purse/pocket during your visit.
A: Yes. Pet Nights with Santa are every Monday night (November 20 - December 18). Pet Night Dates are as follows: Nov. 20, Nov. 27, Dec. 4, Dec. 11, Dec. 18 from 5:00pm – close. An appointment is recommended. We ask that you limit your pet photos to well behaved, leashed people-friendly pets. You can make an appointment for your pet(s) at www.crabtree-valley-mall/santa.
A: No, however there are restrooms close by Santa's house. Please arrive dressed for your photo and/or use one of the public restrooms at Crabtree Valley Mall to do so
