Job Description Summary
This position provides exceptional customer service and actively sells to the customer while following through on store operational tasks. Maintains good visual displays and a neat, clean, and well presented store.

Actively sells to the customer which includes offering the customer diverse and complimentary products to ensure they experience the full breadth of our product offerings. Replenishes stock levels on the sales floor as needed; organizes and maintains organization of store stockroom. Assists in preparing displays and maintains store appearance in accordance with company standards and guidelines. Assists in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly store environment; performs cleaning and maintenance duties as needed. Adheres to policies and procedures, standards and practices and company directives including company Loss Prevention, shrink avoidance policies/programs and proper cash handling procedures. Qualifications: 0-12 months of related professional experience. Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred but not required.
