To join, sign up here or at Guest Services at Crabtree Valley Mall. Begin tracking your walking miles on form issued at Guest Services. Two laps around one level of the center, from Hudson Belk to Macy's and back, equal one mile.

You are encouraged to walk from 5:00 am - 10:00 am on the lower level, 7:00 am - 10:00 am on the upper level, Monday through Saturday and 8:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sunday.

Join us on the the third Thursday of each month for Health Seminars, held at 8:30 am in either the Food Court or Promotional Court. Continental breakfast will be provided. Each month a guest speaker from Rex Healthcare will educate you on different health topics.
