Come to Crabtree Valley Mall and take a giant step toward your well-being. Make walking a part of your healthy lifestyle whatever your fitness level. The Walkers' Club offers walking hours every day, along with monthly meetings. Sponsored by Rex Healthcare.

Get Ready, Get Fit, Join.
To join, sign up here or at Guest Services at Crabtree Valley Mall. Begin tracking your walking miles on form issued at Guest Services. Two laps around one level of the center, from Belk to Macy's and back, equal one mile.
You are encouraged to walk from 5:00 am - 10:00 am on the lower level, 7:00 am - 10:00 am on the upper level, Monday through Saturday and 8:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sunday.
Join us on the third Thursday of each month for Health Seminars, held at 8:30 am in the Food Court. Continental breakfast will be provided. Each month a guest speaker from Rex Healthcare will educate you on different health topics.
