TrySports, a specialty running and triathlon store, with headquarters in Mount Pleasant, SC has won a number of prestigious awards in the 2008 Runner’s World Specialty Running Store Awards.

TrySports has two stores at present; the first commenced business in Mount Pleasant in 2004 and the second opened in Charlotte (NC) in May 2007. They plan to open two further stores later this year in Raleigh’s Crabtree Valley Mall and Wilmington’s Mayfaire Shopping Center..

These Runner’s World awards, based on the votes of customers were as follows:

o 2nd in Nation

o 1st in South Carolina,
o 2nd in South Atlantic Region
o 3rd in Nation

TrySports motto is Believe.
