will be updated by 8:00am Monday through Saturday
and by 10:00am on Sunday to give the most accurate
information possible.
If there are questions about mall hours, store managers
should call this number to see if any changes have been made. Store
managers should then notify their employees.
In
addition, Crabtree Valley Mall uses the local media to announce
closings. Our primary news station is WRAL-Channel 5. We also contact
News 14 Carolina and WTVD Channel 11.
Our
primary concern is the safety of our employees and shoppers.
If the weather is questionable, we will review the forecast and
make decisions as quickly as possible; however, we do not automatically
close when it snows or there is a forecast for weather changes.
We will look at conditions of the roads, etc., before making our
determination.
