Walnut Terrace Angel Tree Raffle
- Five Dollar ($5.00) Purchase Necessary to Win.
- Entry: To enter, a raffle ticket must be purchased. Entries for this Raffle begin on
Friday, October 23, 2009 and end on Sunday, November 22, 2009.
- Drawing: A random drawing for the winner(s) will be held on Sunday, November 22,
2009.
- Sponsor: This Raffle is sponsored by The Walnut Terrace Angle Tree, Walnut Terrace
Child Care Development Center, 111 West Lee Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. To contact

- Odds and Prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants. Up to thirty (30)
total prizes will be awarded.
- Taxes: All taxes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Restrictions: You must purchase a ticket to be elgible to win. Employees of Sponsor,
Walnut Terrace Angel Tree, or their respective management companies and their
employees' immediate family members are not eligible to win. Open to U.S. residents
only, excluding residents of Florida and New York. Need not be present at the drawing
to win.
- Conditions on claiming a prize: All winners may be required to complete an affidavit of
eligibility and sign a release in order to claim the prize. By accepting the prize, the
winner releases the Sponsor, its management company and fulfillment agents and their
respective officers, employees and agents from all liability associated with the raffle and
the prize. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to allow his or her
name and likeness to be used by the Sponsor and for advertising purposes, except where
prohibited by law. Sponsor may be required to disclose winner's personal information to
government agencies to comply with applicable law. Sponsor will mail or forward prizes
to all winners.
- Disclaimers: Sponsor expressly disclaims responsibility for: lost, late or misdirected
entries; entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems
or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems,
servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination
thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer
related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the sweepstakes.
- Reservation of rights: Sponsor expressly reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the Raffle in the event that the raffle is not capable of running as planned,
including casualty, adverse weather conditions, infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes
beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the raffle.
