• 2+ years Management level experience in a fast paced, high volume retail environment
• Outstanding communication and team development skills
• Time management capabilities and the ability to effective multi-task
• Talent management: the ability to effectively recruit, screen, interview, hire and develop quality members for our amazing Store teams.
• The ability to lead, coach and direct store teams to provide an outstanding customer experience
